Welcome to all the readers who are here to find their solution. Health is the prime property without it nothing is possible. In a healthy body a healthy mind stays. So to productively work we have to keep ourselves healthy and happy.

Health means a complex whole of all aspects of human life, which includes physical well-being, mental or psychological peace, inner happiness and a sustainable lifestyle for a long and disease free or with minimal issues life. Traditionally, it has been seen that when we are free from disease or weaknesses we consider we are Healthy. However, the new perspective of life defines that physical well-being is just one part of health. There are many other parts which are being neglected and nowadays admired by some exports. Here, when a person is healthy, he/she feel happy and energetic. In the meanwhile if she/he is physically healthy and not mentally stable we cannot say it a complete healthy person. Our mental or psychological welbeing is necessary as our physical welness is. So, try to be healthy from all perspective.

What are the tips to be healthy always:

  1. Being healthy is a practice of everyday life. We cannot say today i am healthy and tomorrow i am not. So, to maintain the health scenario we have to be very clear about what we do and waht we think.
  2. Lifestyle:  Everyone says about lifestyle. But for a common man what does it means. It sounds a luxurious and heavy word. But it is a very simple thing. As we live it is our lifestyle. However a designed and organised lifestyle is important to create health as wealth.  It includes the time we wake up, cleanliness, maintainance of daily schedule, household chores, work life balance, relationship, our hobbies, and many more. It is itself a vast topic of discussion. We precise it and let it discuss in an another article/blog.
  3. Yoga/Meditation/Physical Excercise:  Yoga is a trending topic. Everyone is talking about yoga, meditation and its related topics, however some rare people are following the rules and practice it in their dailylife. Its not important what you know or how much you know but it is important that wether you are following the lessons you learn. Yoga is not a subject of discussion rather it is more practical in life. The more you practice the more you will refine and get the result. So, as your daily activities of cleanliness, office work, study etc you have to make a routine of yoga practicing.Practice it regularly. And start with just for 5/10 Minutes then gradually increase time. Once you set the time for yoga and implement it for a month then it set all. Yoga or any kind of physical excercise and meditation will definitely gives the freedom of think beyond physical welbeing. It gives you a stress free life and the ability to deal with stress.

                                                     

  4. Think Broad: This is a art. Everyone can do it. But fear to do and even do not realise their potential of doing the similar. Once you think broad you never act small. Here small doesnot means negative, rather small define the

negative thought process. So suggestion to you always try to think positively and wisely.

5. Do not react rather respond to the situation:

Human nature is reacting. It is our instict and we do  react to the situation. But inteligent people respond to it. What is the big difference between these two words. React is the immediate action we have to the situation whereas respond is the matured reaction with wise decision. So when something happened to you or any thing mishap happening which is unwanted and undesirable, we should keep silent for a while, and then respond to it. Words should be very clear and precise with  positive words and empathy.

 

7. Time management: Time mangement is the most important part of maintaining healthy life. Timely wake up and fininshing all daily activities, taking foods in regular intervention and timely, then completing task timely. Time mangement is an act which refine through daily practice, determination and dedication.

                     

8. Food Habits: Food habit is the most important part which keeps us healthy and desease free. Consuming Satvik Foods such as green and colourfull vegetables, milk products, protine, vitamins and water is the must one. Vegetarian is the right option for healthy lifestyle which make our thought process more spiritual and satvik. Eat seasonal foods.

 

9. Water: Water is life. Consuming at least 3/4 ltr water regularly is good for health. As human body is made by 70% of water we should keep it hydrated by drinking water and water consisting foods and fruits.  Water have a strong relationship with human body. Life without water is non-imaginable. We can live without food for some days but we cant live without water. Consuminf some luke warm water in the early morning is really beneficial. Apart form that we need to be drink water in an adequate quantity.

10. Avoid Consuming some drink and beverages which is harmful for our life.

Expose to open air for sometimes. Always staying inside is not good for health. Some either in morning or in the evening we have to go outside and expose to the nature for some time. It add value to your life.
