Happiness is the Prime Element of Life.

To be happy always, we need to smile and laugh. However, a smile does not mean you are happy. sometimes, people smile and even laugh, but they are not really happy. We feel the happiness from within. For example, someone is qualifying a competitive exam, and the next day, when you wake up, you feel the real happiness of your life. And the smile at that moment at your face is important. And at another situation, when you are at a meeting with all dignitaries, and you smile because everyone is smiling apart from your financial crisis sufferings, that is not real happiness.

Why It is important for all:

There is two part of our life sad and happy. No man can not be with oneside always. we have to be both sided. When we feel both we can recognise the importance of both otherwise we can not identify the importance. Many surveyes conducted to know the importance of happiness in our life. it shows one who live with happiness live long, out from many diseases and stressful life. We have to be very open to everything so that we can enjoy little things more. It can gives us happiness.

How to be happy always

  1. There is no such things which makes us happy always. This is the reality. In the meanwhile we need to be in the ground to accept the truth.
  2. Change the mindset. If you ask how to change the mindset, my answer would be enhance the space of your acceptance, accomodation and assimilation. Situation is not our hand rather we can handle it in our own way. So how you handle it it depends on you only. A small story with this will prove the point. Oncem Lord Budha sit for meditation. a person scolded him with bad languages. But he didnot react. After sometimes the man came to hi and asked ” i scolded you without any reason and never react why and how? Lord Budhha Smile and replied ” You repeat the same thing since 15 days and in the meanwhile i also practiced my patience without any more effort.  To be “Stithapragyan and Gunatita” two words fro Shreemad Bhagbat Gita one need to be calm and quite in both bad and good situation. You have to be react same when some one scold or praise you. Then you can get salvation. Many people praise me, follow me and help me also there is no one who scold me, so i found myself greatful to you that you are the one who dare to scold me. So, how can i badly treat you when for you only i practice and examine the graet thing in my life. So here we see the mindset game.
  3. Practice: It is not oneday task you have to practice it daily and regularly.
  4. Change your outlook to every situation.
  5. Accept others as they are,
  6. Dont want to change others.
  7. Patience, preserverence, and practice.
  8. Wait
